Role Overview:
As a Closing Manager, you will be responsible for converting qualified prospects into successful property bookings. You will represent premium real estate projects, interact with serious homebuyers and investors, conduct project presentations, and guide customers throughout the purchase journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Relationship Management:
- Engage with prospective buyers generated through walk-ins, digital campaigns, channel partners, referrals, and inbound enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with potential buyers.




- Maintain a qualified and consultative sales approach throughout the customer journey.

Property Presentations & Site Visits:
- Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Explain project specifications, amenities, location advantages, floor plans, pricing structures, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Effectively communicate the project's unique selling propositions (USPs).

Deal Closure & Revenue Generation:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to booking confirmation.
- Handle negotiations, objections, and customer concerns confidently.
- Create urgency and drive timely decision-making.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Documentation & Coordination:
- Coordinate with sourcing teams, channel partners, CRM teams, and back-office departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Assist customers with booking procedures, documentation, and payment schedules.
