- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Maximize conversion, average bill value, and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve business goals.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
- Identify training and development needs of employees.
- Foster a positive, cooperative, and high-performance work culture.
Customer Experience
- Deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience to every customer.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure adherence to Tanishq's customer service standards.
Store Operations
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movement.
- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery and other store assets.
- Support stock audits and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Minimize inventory losses and operational risks.
People & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and company guidelines.
- Maintain employee discipline, attendance, and productivity.
- Promote a safe, secure, and ethical workplace.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.

- 5-8 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2-3 years in a Store Manager o
