Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and maximize return on ad spend.

Campaign Management
- Create audience segments, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, banners, reels, and videos.




- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for product launches, seasonal sales, and brand campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze customer behaviour, website traffic, and conversion funnels.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

E-commerce Marketing
- Drive traffic and sales for the brand's website.
- Improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Work closely with the e-commerce and content teams to improve online sales.
