What you’ll do-
- Frontend Engineering: Lead frontend development (approximately 40% of the role) using React and Next.js or similar frameworks, building user-friendly, consistent, and maintainable UI components. Flexibility is essential as requirements evolve during development.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership through hands-on development, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of ownership, transparency,



and continuous learning. While architectural skills are a plus, the primary focus is on strong software engineering execution.
- Collaboration & Agile Delivery: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, DevOps, QA, and other engineers in an agile environment to refine requirements and deliver high-quality software.

Travel Requirements: Some international travel may be required depending on current guidelines, with flexibility to work non-standard hours due to the global nature of the role.
