Restaurant: Manthan - The Veg Kitchen (Cloud Kitchen cum Restaurant)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare North Indian vegetarian dishes with expertise in curries and main courses.
- Create current vegetarian recipes and menu items.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Manage stock and minimize food wastage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef C1 or Curry Chef.
- Strong knowledge of North Indian vegetarian cuisine.
- Ability to create innovative vegetarian dishes.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
- Willing to relocate to Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
