Job Opening: Pre-Sales & Inside Sales Executive

Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
Weekly Off: Monday and Tuesday
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and parents through outbound calls.
- Explain IITPlanet’s academic programs clearly and professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and book counselling or academic sessions.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Convert enquiries and bookings into successful enrolments.
- Understand students’ academic requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain accurate lead, booking, follow-up, and sales records.
- Achieve daily booking targets and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with counsellors, academic teams,



and operations teams.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and achieving targets.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Previous experience in telecalling, pre-sales, inside sales, counselling, or EdTech sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Must be available to work from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday to Sunday.
