About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and present suitable company solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business opportunities.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations with prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of business development and the sales process.
- Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and client interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
- Internship experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be an added advantage.
