THE ROLE
This is a full-time independent contractor engagement (40 hrs/week). As our Business Development Analyst, you power the top of the funnel — the research, list-building, outreach execution, and pipeline hygiene that feed qualified conversations to our Business Development Manager and founder. This role reports to the Business Development Manager (India).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Research and build targeted prospect lists of US mid-market SaaS companies using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo
- Enrich and verify contact data — keep lists accurate and deduplicated
- Support the BDM and founder on targeting research, sequence testing, and BD collateral
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in related field (or Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Marketing)
- 1-5 years in B2B lead generation — B2B preferred
- Fluent written and spoken English — US client-facing communication a plus
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1-5 years in lead-gen — B2B preferred
- Comfortable working US business hours
- Familiarity with prospecting tools (Apollo / LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Salesforce or similar)
- Startup mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, quick iteration, and building from scratch
