Job Title: Google Ads Specialist

Location: Lucknow (On-site)

Experience: 1.5 -4 Years

Working Shift: 01:00 PM- 10:00 PM IST (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem.
- Plan and execute high-performing campaigns for the US & UK markets to maximize ROI/ROAS and generate quality leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CPA, and ROI
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics:
- Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels
- Generate performance reports and insights for stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:
- 1.5-4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns/performance marketing / Google ads/paid ads.




- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for the US & UK markets.
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, bidding strategies, keyword research, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking

Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
