Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Sales responsibility for the West Region for SI Buildings Business in Solution Sales.
- Grow and sustain the Order Value (OV) & Turn Over (TO)
targets for the assigned Region.
- Understand the business portfolio, market, competition, digitalization space and customer pain-points in depth.
- Update and implement the go-to-market strategy for the next 5 years.
- Work collaboratively with Regions, Solutions, Service operations and Sales, Digital Buildings/Digitization, Sustainability business among other Business Units in Siemens and Regional Headquarters, to ensure smooth and effective customer engagement.
- Leads, motivates and develops a leadership team capable of delivering perfection and highest performance in all functions driving employee engagement and efficiency; crafts a culture of openness and trust.
