Job Summary

The Senior Jewellery Consultant & Stylist is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience by providing personalized jewellery styling, expert product consultation, and achieving individual and store sales targets. The role involves building long-term customer relationships, handling high-value clients, mentoring junior consultants, and representing the brand with professionalism and elegance.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Experience
- Welcome customers and provide a premium luxury shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements, occasions, and budgets.
- Recommend suitable gold, diamond, bridal, and fashion jewellery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Handle high-value customer transactions confidently.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.

Jewellery Styling
- Provide personalized styling advice based on:
- Face shape
- Outfit
- Skin tone
- Occasion




- Current fashion trends
- Create complete jewellery styling combinations.
- Stay updated with jewellery and luxury fashion trends.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain a customer database and follow up on enquiries.
- Generate repeat business and referrals.
- Contact customers for recent launches, festive collections, and exclusive events.

Product Knowledge
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of:
- Gold Jewellery
- Diamond Jewellery
- Precious Gemstones
- Hallmarking & Certifications
- Diamond 4Cs (Cut, Clarity, Colour, Carat)
- Jewellery care and maintenance
- Explain product features, craftsmanship, and pricing with confidence.

Store Operations
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to VM standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock verification.
- Follow all SOPs related to security and customer service.
