We are looking for a HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment, Payroll,
Location: Nagpur
Experience: 6M-2 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle monthly payroll processing and maintain attendance & salary records
- Ensure PF, ESI, and statutory compliance activities are completed on time
- Maintain employee database and HR documentation
- Support in employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR operations:
- Coordinate with management and external consultants for compliance matters
Skills Required:
- Solid knowledge of HR operations:
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding:
- Proficient in MS Excel:
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
