We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Business Development and Sales functions by preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of techno-commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations, commercial offers, and techno-commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the Estimation, Design, Engineering, and Production teams for project costing and quotation preparation.




- Prepare project cost estimations and support the Sales team during bidding and tender submissions.
- Review customer inquiries, BOQs, and technical specifications to prepare quotations.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, revisions, negotiations, and order confirmations.
- Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, customer communications, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of quotations and proposals.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Support the Sales & Marketing team in lead management and customer relationship activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials, and project proposals.
- Coordinate exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and business development activities.
