Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day execution of residential construction projects.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and infrastructure works.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company and statutory regulations.
- Plan and monitor manpower, machinery, and material utilization at the site.
- Review project progress and prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly reports.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and conduct regular site inspections.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.
- Monitor project costs and assist in controlling construction expenses.
- Conduct site meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
- Support timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Profile Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
- 8-12 years of experience in residential building construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, and site execution.
- Experience in handling high-rise or premium residential projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.
- Sound understanding of BOQ, billing,
