Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Verify material quality, site measurements, and contractor bills.
- Maintain site records and report project progress.
- Resolve in office issues to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2-3 years of relevant site engineering experience.
- Experience in hospitality or commercial projects will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Knowledge of construction practices and site execution.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
