Job Summary

HyreSpot is looking for a driven and commercially focused Area Sales Manager to lead sales growth and expand our channel partner network across an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned area.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable channel partners.
- Expand HyreSpot’s market presence by developing current territories and business networks.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with channel partners, business associates, and key customers.
- Generate qualified leads and revenue through direct sales and partner-led business.
- Set clear performance expectations for channel partners and regularly review their results.
- Support partners with product knowledge, sales strategies, marketing activities, and customer engagement.
- Conduct partner meetings, service presentations, business reviews, and training sessions.
- Track area-wise leads, conversions, revenue, and partner productivity.
- Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve sales results.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.
- Study competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, partner interactions, and business pipelines.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market updates for management.
- Coordinate with marketing, recruitment, customer support, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Represent HyreSpot professionally during client meetings, partner discussions, and business events.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience in area sales, channel sales, B2B sales, business development, franchise sales, or partner management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, commerce, or any related discipline is preferred.
