- Partner with the HR leadership team to shape and deliver a fit-for-purpose HR service catalogue aligned to business priorities
- You’ll provide leaders with expert advice, insight and decision support, helping build our people strategy and drive effective workforce planning

- Supporting the adoption of an operations excellence culture, embedding a service-quality and efficiency mindset through targeted talent and engagement initiatives
- Shaping the workforce strategy, contributing to build vs.
buy and right-shoring decisions while identifying internal upskilling needs and capacity requirements across offshore populations
- Driving reskilling and upskilling initiatives to prepare operations colleagues for increasing automation and digitisation of processes
- Coaching team leaders and first-line managers to strengthen people-centric and performance-led management practices
- Supporting change and transformation activity, including process migrations, restructures and digital initiatives for effective adoption and accountability at team level
- Leveraging HR data to provide actionable insights on hiring, attrition, learning and engagement
