Job Summary

Job Description - Microsoft 365 Expert (L4)

Responsibilities:
- Ability to have in-depth experience in designing complex, enterprise scale solutions, ability to design, and plan & implement a multifaceted technical architecture road-map

Serve as the highest-level technical consultant to HCL clients and technical management to ensure conformity with Enterprise Architecture

Acts in a strategic role in the development and maintenance of architectures for a line of business or infrastructure sub-domain that are in compliance with the Enterprise Architecture

Highly motivated and self-driven, capable of solving complex technical objectives without supervision

Responsible to assure quality, maintainability, and extensibility for supported infrastructure

Demonstrate capability to work with a wide range of both technical resources and business managers

Demonstrate problem analysis and solving skills including complex problems





Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions that leverages the most innovative Microsoft technologies

Actively participates in pre-sales activities, collaborating with clients and sales executives & guide opportunities that arise from client interactions

Qualifications:
- A consulting background with 12+ years of experience and a proven record of delivering solutions within defined timeframes

Solid exposure in all Microsoft 365 offerings, not limited to Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Enterprise Voice, Mobile Device Management, Active Directory, Azure AD, Directory synchronization services, Up-to-date workplace, Enterprise Mobility, Azure Virtual Desktops, Microsoft Viva, Security & Compliance, Power Platform, CoPilot and Windows 365

Understanding of PaaS, IaaS (Azure/AWS) and Microsoft 365 integration with 3rd party services

Expert Certifications in Microsoft 365 workloads and basic understanding of networking concepts (CCNA)
