Position: Career Counselor - Central
Location: Gurugram; travel across North Zone campuses required

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Psychology, Education, Counseling, Human Development, or related field

Job Summary

The Career Counselor will provide academic, career, and parent counseling support across assigned anchor and flex-pool campuses. The role includes student counseling, psychometric assessments, career planning, parent consultations, workshops, documentation, and coordination with school and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Counseling and Student Support

Develop student career plans, track progress, identify students needing additional support, and maintain accurate counseling records. Coordinate timely handover of study-abroad cases to the GEX team where required.

Campus Engagement

Manage assigned campuses as per the visit calendar. Conduct career awareness sessions, workshops, university fairs, guest sessions, and career-planning activities.





Coordinate with Head of Careers, Principals, Teachers and Coordinators to identify student needs and deliver counseling services effectively. Support the annual CareerX calendar and create relevant student and parent communication material.

Flex-Pool and Operations

Provide support to non-anchor campuses during high demand, counselor absence, or urgent requirements. Ensure smooth case handovers and travel across North Zone campuses as per allocation schedules.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of student development, career planning, higher education pathways, and psychometric assessments. Excellent counseling, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, documentation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and student management tools is required.
