Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert to take ownership of our paid acquisition channels. In this role, you will design, execute, and scale multi-channel performance campaigns, driving measurable ROI for our clients. You will manage complex campaign architectures, leverage advanced tracking, and utilize deep data insights to optimize performance across the funnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Management: Plan, build,



and scale advanced ad campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Technical Implementation: Oversee advanced conversion tracking setups using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI) to ensure accurate data attribution.
- Optimization & Bidding: Implement advanced bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Maximize Conversion Value) and perform continuous budget pacing and reallocation based on performance velocity.
- A/B Testing & CRO: Design robust testing frameworks for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Audience Strategy: Develop full-funnel remarketing strategies, lookalike audience modeling, and custom audience segmentation utilizing CRM data integrations.
