Position Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with architects, builders, developers, contractors, consultants, dealers, and end customers, and driving sales of aluminium doors, windows, glazing, façades, and related systems. The role focuses on both B2B project sales and B2C residential sales, from lead generation through order closure and customer handover.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and acquire current business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional projects.
- Generate leads through field visits,



referrals, networking, exhibitions, digital platforms, and cold calling.
- Build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, façade consultants, PMCs, and corporate clients.
- Expand the company's customer base and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Project Sales
- Identify upcoming construction projects and track project progress.
- Visit construction sites to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams during the specification stage.
- Present aluminium door, window, and façade solutions to decision-makers.
- Convert project enquiries into confirmed orders.

Retail & B2C Sales
- Handle walk-in customers and direct enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable aluminium systems.
- Conduct site visits where required.
- Prepare and explain quotations.
