About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment and client engagement lifecycle. This role combines Business Development (Client Acquisition) and Recruitment Delivery, making it ideal for professionals who can independently generate business, build client relationships, source top IT talent, and successfully close positions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (Client Acquisition)
- Identify and acquire new Direct Clients, MSPs, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
- Schedule client meetings, present company capabilities, and convert prospects into active clients.
- Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSA), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), and commercial terms.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to generate recurring business.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Screen resumes, conduct recruiter screening calls, and assess technical, communication, and work authorization requirements.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified consultants for current and future requirements.

Account & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client hiring priorities and workforce planning.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure high service quality.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop a strong consultant database for future hiring needs.

ATS & Reporting
- Maintain accurate ATS and CRM records.
- Track recruitment metrics, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment or 360° Staffing.
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSPs, VMS, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
- Strong sourcing expertise using Lin
