Job Description - Accountant

Position: Accountant
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 5-7 Years

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage vouchers, invoices, bills, payments and receipts.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other applicable tax-related documentation and compliance.
- Prepare financial statements, profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers and external auditors when required.
- Maintain accurate records and supporting financial documents.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.




- 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with Tally, MS Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling complete accounting processes.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading or a similar industry will be preferred.
- Knowledge of advanced MS Excel is an advantage.
