Role Overview

Hexaware Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end sales and strong communication skills. Experience in BPO sales will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete sales process, from lead generation to conversion.
- Connect with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Explain product features, perks, pricing, and terms clearly.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with potential customers and ensure timely closure.
- Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Comply with company policies, quality standards,



and process guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of experience in end-to-end sales.
- Experience in BPO sales, telesales, inside sales, or customer acquisition is acceptable.
- Experience in ULIP or life insurance sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

- Self-motivated and confident.
- Comfortable handling sales calls and customer objections.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Open to working in a rotational schedule.
