Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

- Respond to client queries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the relocation journey.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Schedule appointments with schools, hospitals, clubs, and other service providers as required.

- Monitor, track, and manage relocation cases from initiation to closure.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and vendors to ensure timely completion of activities.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and client-specific reports.

- Maintain internal MIS, trackers, and case management systems.

Mobility Operations & Service Delivery

- Manage and execute end-to-end relocation programs.

- Conduct relocation services such as:

- City Orientation

- Home Search Assistance

- School Search Assistance

- Temporary Accommodation Assistance

- Immigration Support Coordination

- Household Goods Movement Coordination

- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with IOS standards and client policies.

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned relocation cases.

- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.





- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

- Support achievement of operational targets and service excellence standards.

MIS & Documentation

- Ensure accurate and timely updates in Relotracker and internal systems.

- Prepare weekly and monthly case closure reports.

- Maintain records of client feedback, appreciation, and escalations.

- Document operational reviews and service performance reports.

Inter-Department Coordination

- Coordinate with the Finance team for invoice updates and case closures.

- Collaborate with internal service teams such as Packing & Moving, Immigration, Car Rental, and Temporary Accommodation.

- Ensure timely communication and alignment across departments for smooth execution of services.

What We're Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Preferred Male candidates only.

- Candidates with up to 2 - 4 years of experience in customer service, operations, hospitality, travel, relocation, or related industries.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid coordination and problem-solving abilities.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
