Key sponsibilities

- Conduct quality inspection of incoming, stored and finished goods.

- Ensure FIFO/FEFO, batch traceability and proper storage conditions.

- Conduct Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) for domestic & export shipments.

- Verify packaging, labeling, coding, shelf life and product specifications.

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, GHP & HACCP requirements.

- Maintain COA, quality records, inspection reports and retention samples.

- Handle NCR, customer complaints, RCA & CAPA.

- Support internal, customer and export-related quality audits.

- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Logistics & Export teams.

Qualification

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or relevant field.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Food/FMCG Warehouse, Export House, Spices or Packaged Food.
