Job Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the companys purchasing and procurement operations.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and commercial terms.
- Prepare, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement requirements with internal departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while complying with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory documentation.





Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 35 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
- Valuable knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and purchasing documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple purchasing activities independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing/inventory management systems is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
