Executive HRBP Plant

Department: Human Resources

Location: Head Office

Role: Plant HR Support

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant requirements.

- Ensure KRA distribution, adherence, and employee reviews.

- Manage employee grievances, engagement, and retention activities.

- Conduct exit interviews and attrition analysis.

- Conduct skip-level calls and address employee concerns.

- Support training, development, and employee development plans.

- Coordinate with the Plant HR team for day-to-day HR activities.

- Prepare and maintain HR policies, MIS reports, and presentations.

- Ensure proper HR records and reporting.

Key Skills: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, MIS & Reporting.
