Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced VIP Support Engineer to provide high-level technical support to senior management, executives, and key business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in desktop support, troubleshooting, Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, and executive/VIP user handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide dedicated IT support to VIP users, CXOs, and senior leadership.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Manage and support Windows OS, laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Handle Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications support.
- Perform user administration activities in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Manage endpoint security, antivirus, patch management, and device compliance.
- Support conferencing solutions such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
- Coordinate with L1/L2 teams and external vendors for issue resolution.




- Perform root cause analysis and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
- Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.
- Provide onsite and remote support during critical business operations.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in VIP Support.
- Windows 10/11 Administration and Troubleshooting.
- Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Exchange Online.
- Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policies.
- Hardware and Software Troubleshooting.
- SCCM / Intune Endpoint Management.
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Printer, Scanner, and Peripheral Management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting senior executives and business-critical users.

Preferred Skills

- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Knowledge of Endpoint Security Solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
