- Manage onboarding process for current hires, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Identify areas of improvement in existing processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues as needed.
