Role & responsibilities
- Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
- Ensure high availability and performance of hospital network systems.
- Monitor network security, bandwidth usage, and system performance.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, MikroTik, or equivalent networking devices.
- Maintain server rooms, racks, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure.
- Support and maintain HIS, EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS, PACS, biometric, CCTV, IP phones, and other healthcare applications.
- Supervise IT support staff and assign daily operational tasks.
- Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, procurement, and technical support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management.
- Experience in hospital or healthcare IT workplace preferred.
