WALK-IN INTERVIEW AR Caller / Senior AR Caller

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims and AR.
- Analyze ageing accounts and prioritize claims for follow-up.
- Identify claim issues, denials, underpayments, and take corrective action.
- Review claim status, payments, and patient responsibility.
- Maintain accurate account notes and documentation.
- Identify AR trends and escalate complex issues to management.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and company policies.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 18 months experience in Accounts Receivable / AR Calling
- ATHENA software experience – Added Advantage
- Strong analytical,



reasoning & root-cause analysis skills
- Valuable communication and typing skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & Office
- Team player with a disciplined and systematic approach
- Willingness to work in different shifts
