Position :MEP Engineer

Nationality: Indian

- Manage and coordinate MEP engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review MEP designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Monitor MEP works during construction to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Provide technical support and resolve MEP-related queries and site issues.
- Review supplier and subcontractor technical submissions and deliverables.
- Support design reviews, technical meetings, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Assist with tendering, technical evaluations, design changes, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project requirements.




- Maintain effective coordination across multiple disciplines and project interfaces.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 510 years of experience in MEP engineering.
- Experience in hospitality, resort, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building services, codes, and international standards.
- Experience in design coordination, contractor and supplier management, and construction support.
- Proficiency in engineering and project management software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural setting.
