Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Analyst to manage end-to-end operational processes in an e-commerce environment dealing with customized (non-readymade) products. The ideal candidate should have strong ownership, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience with data handling and process management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations and logistics coordination for order processing and fulfillment
- Handle customized product workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Track and monitor order lifecycle, identify delays, and resolve operational issues proactively
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, warehouse, vendors) to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain and manage MIS reports for operations, logistics,



and performance tracking
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas
- Ensure proper documentation and process adherence
- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and drive results independently

Key Requirements

- 46 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferably handling customized products)
- Positive communication skills (basic professional English required)
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel (data handling, basic formulas,

reporting)
- Ability to independently manage MIS and operational data
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

- Experience in logistics coordination and vendor management
- Familiarity with dashboards/reporting tools
- Process improvement mind set
