Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Plant HR operations and employee relations.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HR documentation.
- Coordinate training, performance management and statutory compliance.
- Handle contract labour and workforce-related activities.
- Support employee grievance handling and maintain a positive work workplace.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS and support plant-level HR initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile Candidates with MHRM/MSW/MBA (HR) qualification and a strong interest in Plant HR / Industrial Relations are preferred.
