Tata Power is hiring an articulate, customer-focused and highly presentable Lead Associate - Experience Centre to be part of our Experience Centre at Mumbai.

Location: The Tata Power Company Ltd, Corporate Center, Carnac Receiving Station, Sant Tukaram Marg, Mumbai - 400009.
What are we looking for?
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks throughout the entire course of education.
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience in Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Real Estate Experience Centers, Museums/Art Galleries, Corporate Visitor Centers or similar environments
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills
- Strong executive presence and professional grooming
- Ability to confidently engage with CXOs, senior leadership, clients, government officials and business partners
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging Experience Centre walkthroughs
Deliver presentations on Tata Powers business, innovation and sustainability journey
Create a premium and memorable visitor experience
Coordinate visitor schedules and internal stakeholders
Ensure Experience Centre readiness and presentation standards
Gather feedback and drive improvements
