Role & responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production status for CNC machining orders across Unimake Works in-house facility and approved vendor network

- Coordinate job allocation: decide which components should be assigned to which manufacturing partner based on capacity, capability, delivery date, and priority

- Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure production starts on time

- Verify raw-material availability and delivery before production begins

- Track production progress, identify delays early, and escalate risks to the Founder/Operations team

- Maintain daily production-planning reports, order trackers, vendor status, and expected delivery dates in Excel

- Coordinate with sourcing, quality, dispatch, and client-facing teams for smooth order execution

- Ensure no capable vendor/manufacturer remains idle when pending work is available

- Support onboarding and documentation of new vendors and clients

- Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams by phone, WhatsApp, and email





Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred

- 02 years of experience in Production Planning, PPC, Manufacturing Operations, Vendor Development, Procurement, or CNC machining

- Freshers with strong interest in CNC manufacturing and production coordination are welcome

- Basic understanding of CNC machining, production processes, raw materials, and manufacturing drawings is preferred

- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, including trackers, filters, and daily reporting

- Strong follow-up, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

- Able to work in a fast-moving startup environment and take ownership of delivery timelines

- Fluent or comfortable in Telugu, Hindi, and basic professional English

- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred

- Must be willing to work from Hyderabad
