Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end inventory operations across multiple QSR outlets.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
- Handle Purchase Orders (PO), vendor management, procurement, and rate negotiations.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Analyze inventory variances and implement effective wastage control measures.
- Monitor food cost percentage and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking, and expiry management.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse,



and kitchen teams for smooth inventory flow.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in POS/ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines, QSR SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Drive process improvements to optimize inventory accuracy and reduce operational costs.

Must Have

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a QSR/F&B; chain.
- Robust knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and stock auditing.
- Hands-on experience with POS/ERP systems such as Petpooja, LimeTray, or similar software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
