Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer queries, concerns, and requirements and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers over the phone.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Follow company policies, processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts as required by the business.

Skills Required

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and sentence formation.
- Ability to understand and respond to customers confidently.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.




- Customer-focused attitude with patience and a professional approach.
- Ability to learn new processes, software, and systems quickly..
- Willingness to work night/rotational shifts.
- Candidates should demonstrate good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and professional etiquette.
