Position: Operations Manager

Industry: Domestic BPO Operations

Salary: Up to 15 LPA

Location: Ienergizer Plot No 512-513, Udyog Vihar Phase 3, Sector 19, Gurugram

Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end domestic BPO operations and ensure smooth process delivery.
- Lead and supervise Team Leaders and customer support teams to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor daily performance metrics including productivity, quality, SLA, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and present operational reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Conduct team coaching, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and operational guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate Mandatory.
- Prior experience in Domestic BPO Operations is required.




- Candidates preferred from Ecommerce, Telecom, Quick Commerce, or Inbound Process background.
- Strong people management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage large teams and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in handling inbound customer support operations.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, SLA management, and workforce handling.
- Exposure to performance management and client communication.
