Eligibility

- Minimum 2 years of experience in International Voice Process (Mandatory)
- Prior experience in Insurance Process is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Graduate/Undergraduate can apply (as per company norms)
- Robust customer handling and problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to UK Insurance products and services
- Assist customers with policy information, claims, renewals, and account-related requests
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring first-call resolution
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and accurately
- Maintain quality, productivity,



and compliance standards
- Update customer interactions in the system with complete and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Meet SLA, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
