Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Executives to join our Internal Recruitment Team for hiring across our International Business.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to source and close candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for International Business / BPO processes.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with the concerned teams and ensure smooth candidate movement through the selection process.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and address recruitment-related queries.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and reports.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment/job portals.
- Candidates with BPO / International Recruitment experience will be an added advantage.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / BPO Recruitment / International Hiring are preferred.
- Graduate candidates from any discipline can apply.
