We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Female HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to drive growth and productivity in our company. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting the right talent, managing employee retention, tracking sales team performance, and handling daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Sourcing and hiring suitable candidates for Sales, Admin, and Operations teams as per company requirements.
Conducting training and onboarding processes for new employees to ensure quick integration into their roles.
Employee Retention & Engagement:
Conducting one-on-one feedback sessions with employees to address issues and foster a positive work setting.
Implementing retention strategies to ensure long-term employee commitment.
Sales Performance Monitoring & Tracking:
Regularly tracking daily reporting and target performance of the sales team.
Running performance review processes and planning reward/recognition programs for top performers.
Training & Development:
Organizing regular sales and soft skills training workshops to enhance employee skills.
Daily HR Operations & Compliance:
Managing daily attendance/muster, leave management, and payroll/salary calculation tasks.
Ensuring compliance with company rules and HR policies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/BBA/Any Graduate).
2 to 5 years of HR experience (preference will be given to candidates with experience in hiring sales staff).
Excellent communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, and Basic English).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software/apps.
Strong problem-solving attitude and people management skills.
