Eligibility

- Minimum 2 years of Sales / International Sales / Telesales experience
- Experience in handling SMB (Small & Medium Business) customers is preferred
- Commercial customer experience and 3C (Computer, Communication & Consumer Electronics) sales experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products, Office, hardware solutions, and CRM tools
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to influence business customers and close sales

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone and chat interactions with SMB customers.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable Microsoft commercial hardware and software solutions.




- Identify current and future business opportunities and drive sales conversions.
- Handle customer queries, overcome objections, and close sales wherever possible.
- Build trusted relationships with business customers by providing solution-based recommendations.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Capture customer feedback and contribute to continuous process improvement.
