Job Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

- Search and screen candidate profiles as per business requirements.

- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.

- Communicate job opportunities to prospective candidates.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

- Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate / MBA HR Preferred.

- Fresher to 6 months of recruitment experience.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls.

- knowledge of MS Excel

- Immediate joiners preferred.
