We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Growth Managers to join our growing team.

Experience

- Prior experience in Field B2B Sales is mandatory
- Experience in Onboarding / Operations / Business Development preferred
- Experience in Asset Management will be an added advantage
- Strong experience in team handling and field operations

Preferred Company Background Candidates from Zepto, Zomato, Blinkit, OYO, Agoda, MMT and similar organizations will be preferred.

Salary

Up to 50,000 per month, depending on experience and last CTC.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Good team handling and leadership capabilities
- Strong operational and execution knowledge
- Ability to manage field teams and drive business growth
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and client/partner onboarding




- Target-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills

Language Requirement
- Hyderabad: Fluent Telugu is mandatory, along with good English communication.
- Delhi NCR: Positive communication skills in Hindi and English preferred.

Acquisition

- Manage onboarding and operational activities
- Lead and monitor field teams to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain robust relationships with B2B clients/partners
- Track team performance and prepare regular reports using Excel
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve business performance
