We are looking for candidates with valuable communication skills to join our Technical Support / International Voice Process team.

Eligibility

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Technical Support or International Voice Process
- Freshers can also apply if they have strong communication skills
- Willingness to work from office
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities





- Handle customer queries through voice calls
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
- Communicate professionally with international customers
- Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
