Role & responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee AR Analyst to join our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. The selected candidates will be trained in Accounts Receivable processes, including claim follow-up, denial management, payment analysis, and resolving outstanding insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up on outstanding medical insurance claims.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections.
- Communicate with insurance companies to obtain claim status and payment information.
- Update accurate information in the system.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Work collaboratively with the team and adhere to process guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate.
- Freshers or candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Good communication skills in English.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Candidates interested in the Healthcare RCM domain are preferred.
