Responsibilities:
- OTD (On-time Delivery) Rating - Measuring our compliance on 1. Customer Request Date 2. Our Promise date against 2 stages of our process - 1. Material Availability Warehouse and 2. Our Invoice date. This will show areas where we will need to build efficiencies or improve the customer service

Candidate Should Aware SAP MM & PP Module
- Understand the customer urgency and Communicating to customer time to time updates on product arrival and dispatches plan
- Coordination with sales team for the month sales plan to fulfil the Supply and Demand gaps
- Flashing the MIS - Sales Reports by daily 11 am (working day)



to entire sales groups
- Coordination with Principles to meet the customer need date
- Receive feedback | Survey and monitor the quality of services provided with all stakeholders.
- Coordination with WH team for customer dispatch planning.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data with ERP system by monitoring Sales Orders the Expedite and Push out orders for better Inventory Managements.
- Prepare Monthly reports and MIS tracker.
- Optimize the customer delivery management by reducing the No of Delivery to customer by completing the Customer Order.
- Inventory Analysis Monitoring the Inventory Levels on daily basis. Quick, Slow & Non-Moving Inventory Analysis. Above 120 Days Inventory Liquidation.
