Role & responsibilities

- Interested leads provided by the company (no cold calling)
- Contact prospective customers to understand their requirements and schedule client visits
- Meet customers to explain and recommend insurance solutions
- Close sales through in-person customer interactions
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain visit logs, follow-ups, and sales reports
- Coordinate with backend teams for documentation, policy issuance, and post-sale support

Preferred candidate profile

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in face-to-face customer discussions
- Positive,

- Comfortable with a role involving office coordination and regular client visits
